It was in 2001, when I completed the four hands piano Suite from Valery Gavrilin’s TV ballet “Balzaminov’s Marriage.” Its fragments were first performed by the students of the St. Petersburg V. A. Gavrilin Children Arts’ School at the concert of Gavrilin’s Music Festival (St. Petersburg, Russia) on November 17, 2001. Since that time the suite is on roll all over Russia, presented by such piano duets as Gennady Pystin — Igor Tsygankov (Novosibirsk) and other ones from St. Petersburg, Vologda etc. The suite is intended for musicians of different level: from senior students of children music schools to concert piano executants. Performance of the whole suite is not obligatory. It’s possible to select the pieces you like and to dispose them according to any possible succession.Contents:1. Big City Morning2.
