The Supernatural Book or Evidences of Christianity
1889. This book is number III of the Studies in Theology series. This volume proposes to examine the evidences of Christianity. By Christianity is understood the system of religion called by that name. By Christianity it is not meant any specific ceremonial system or system of rites and sacraments, or any particular church or creed or ecclesiastical establishment. Mr. Foster does not mean Roman Catholicism or Protestantism, Calvinism or Arminianism, Unitarianism or Trinitarianism, or any ism. He does mean what all these respectively assume to be - the religion founded and taught by Jesus Christ.
