BLOOD ON THE SADDLE!
Trail partners Jim and Waco had only a hundred dollars between them. Then Jim lent that to another ranch hand, who left him an old Mexican saddle as security. The next day, the ranch hand’s body was found, mutilated, his hands tied behind his back. Suddenly, Waco ran into a ranchman who wanted very much to buy Jim’s saddle. Waco sold it to him, only to find soon enough that it wasn’t Jim’s saddle the ranchman wanted after all, but the Mexican saddle Jim had been given as security. Now it seems like a whole lot of people want that saddle. But why? And why are they willing to kill for it?
