Outlaw gang leader Curly Ben Clovis has heard about shipments of silver being stored at the town of Hashknife in southern Colorado. Shot and badly wounded in a failed holdup, Clovis sends his Lieutenant, Jim Kane, to suss out the best way of seizing the valuable haul once he has recovered.
