In 1944, three people began a project in which they accidentally gave birth to the most dangerous serial killer in history. With intentions of creating a preventer of extreme violence by using death as justice, the project went terribly wrong. Since 1957, the projects subject, M. Sebastian Siman, has brutally murdered over 300 people. Not only is he a brilliant, powerful, unstoppable maniac, he has the ability to teleport a replica of himself to wherever he wants to go, called visions. It is in these mysterious visions that he brutalizes his victims. In 2007, a librarian named Jade Walker witnesses a brutal rape and murder in an old abandoned house. He believed it was only a nightmare, especially since just before it occurred; he was in his car. However, after meeting with the mysterious Agent Fitz who knows more than he initially lets on, Jade learns that not only was the experience real, he was witnessing the return of Siman after a several year absence, in a vision of his own. So now with help from Agent Fitz and a mysterious book, Jade must learn to embrace his newfound power as he is the only hope to rid the world of M. Sebastian Siman, the deadliest serial killer in history.
