Updated annually, Pharmacy Law Digest provides a general overview of the legal system as it affects the practice of pharmacy. The book addresses federal laws regulating controlled substances, constitutional considerations in dealing with governmental inspections, regulation of pharmaceuticals, civil liability, and business law. Pharmacy Law Digest also includes a condensed review of actual civil and criminal cases involving the practice of pharmacy as well as reprints of the NABP Survey of Pharmacy Law.
