In Volumes 2 and 3 of 'The European Piano Method' (ED 7931, 7932, 7933) this expressive, cantabile playing is particularly encouraged. The two romantic supplementary books are specifically intended to further these qualities. All the great masters of the Romantic era, from Schubert to Reger, are represented by small yet typical pieces.
