When Amy Preston sets up home in a little Welsh village with a funny sounding place name, all she really wants is to rebuild her life in solitude. Finding herself alone just a few days before Christmas, she couldn't be happier with the arrangement. But the big-hearted Gloddfa Bont community has other ideas and between Christmas dinner and New Years Eve, they do all they can to win her round. But with a few skeletons of its own, can this community really find a place in Amy's heart or will she be alone for good?
