Charlie's life is cruel and unfair. People made fun of him and embarrassed him because he was different. Charlie was a great man and loved by his wife and kids and all he ever wanted was for others to treat him with dignity and respect. The story is unforgettable and there is a lot to be learned from the complex characters intended for teens of all ages.
