Concrete remains a dominant constructive material in the 21 century. Long-term experience of concrete application in all construction areas shows that its main efficiency and reliability condition is conformity of the material quality characteristics to its performance in structures and elements. This book explores the results of experimental and theoretical investigations carried out by the authors to develop the main theoretical concepts in the multi-parametric design of cement concrete compositions. A complex of design dependencies is proposed for predicting properties of concrete mixtures and hardened concrete, considering additional technological factors. Algorithms for different types of concrete compositions' design are presented as are examples of these algorithms for specific industrial conditions. This book can be used by researchers and engineers, specialised in the field of concrete technology, as well as by graduate and undergraduate students.
