Originally from Guinea, Djeli Moussa Condé is a songwriter, kora player and guitarist based in France since 1993. Djeli is a renowned artist from the african world music scene. His last album Womama received a large success from the public and professionals.
After the sanitary crisis, Djeli Moussa decided to start a new artistic challenge renewing his repertory. His albums Djeli, released in 2012, and Womama, released in 2015, were electric. Nowadays, Djeli Moussa Condé wants to redefine his repertory toward something more acoustic.
He decided to work with a new artistic team, under the direction of Gérald Bonnegrace, percussionist and one of the songwriters of Arat Kilo. He chose a new production team : Accords Croisés, in the same idea of returning to his roots and breaking with stereotypes about kora.
