Kings World Trust for Children now has 180 children in residential care and supports many others in an `outreach' care programme. Children with severe physical and mental disabilities are also supported by the Trust in a community programme. The Trust runs two rural health clinics and operates a Health Education Programme and HIV/AIDS awareness projects in 100 rural villages.
