From Childhood, I was fortunate enough to be spoiled by delicious Italian food with mouth-watering flavours. I remember my grandmother, my mother and my aunt making fresh pasta with wonderfully appetising sauces, fresh bread and many exotic dishes on a daily basis. "Italian Table" is a book containing my heartfelt memories of the times I spent visiting family and friends in Italy. Our family originated in a town named "Terranova Da Sibani" in Calabria, a town little known to many but has been named as "one step or road to heaven." Calabria has endless history and provides most of the olive oil, vegetables and fruit which supply all of Italy. "Italian Table" contains the authentic recipes which have been handed down from my ancestors and contains recipes for all occasions which I hope you will enjoy.
