It's 2056 and the overpopulated Earth has launched its first colony space station under the leadership of a gifted young woman. Logan Bailey is willing to navigate bureaucratic currents in an effort to turn her life into something good. But old enemies and false friends make her job very difficult. Even her closest allies seem to be pushing her away. And the effort to establish a cooperative, international space station appears to have failed when a technological virus begins infecting citizens.
