This text is designed specifically to train students to conduct applied professional research—i.e., identify an accounting problem or issue encountered in today's business environment and develop a solution using existing professional literature. Targeted for students having completed introductory accounting, students learn to search authoritative literature in electronic form, evaluate alternatives, and develop and communicate a solution.
