Floyd Croll left a Delaware Hospital rehabilitation
center in October 2010. He had a pacemaker for his heart, was taking Asacol for his ulcerative colitis, and had also been on oxygen for his heart.
His wife since 1960 passed away with pancreatic cancer in 2003. Mary, a loved one, passed away with cervical cancer in 2010, devastating Floyd even more. He
decided to move to his place in Myrtle Beach against his children's wishes because he didn't want to be a burden to anyone. He was mentally and physically shot and didn't care whether he lived or died.
Then he met a woman who changed his life completely. She was from New York but she talked like a South Carolinian. She gave him the inspiration to write this book and the strength to complete it. This is his story.
All the proceeds from this book will be donated to charities dedicated to finding a cure for cancer.
