Creeper are an English New Romantic Punk Rock band from Southampton. Formed in 2014, the group features lead vocalist Will Gould, guitarists Ian Miles and Oliver Burdett (who replaced Sina Nemati in 2015), keyboardist and second vocalist Hannah Greenwood, bassist Sean Scott and drummer Dan Bratton. Creeper released their self-titled debut extended play (EP) Creeper in 2014, which was followed by The Callous Heart and The Stranger on Roadrunner Records in 2015 and 2016, respectively. They released their debut full-length album Eternity, in Your Arms in 2017, which debuted at number 18 on the UK Albums Chart.
After releasing and touring in promotion of Eternity, in Your Arms throughout the year, Creeper announced their disbandment after a show on 1 November 2018. The event was reminiscent of the end of Bowie's Ziggy Stardust character in 1973, which led many commentators to believe that the band had not in fact broken up, although no official news statement was released to either effect. Exactly one year later, the group returned under with a show in London, and subsequently are set to release their second album Sex, Death & the Infinite Void in May 2020.
