The ancient Semitic deities Anat, Astarte, Qedeschet and Ascherah have been of great interest in recent research history. This study now contributes to the study of the iconography of these deities in the period 1500-1000 BC. Cornelius not only presents the various iconographic representations in detail and explains their peculiarities, he also tries to clarify the relationships between the gods and to identify them.
