A poetic encounter between strings and voice, from the epics of the Mandingo Kingdom to the music of the Persian court ... Everywhere, from time immemorial, the Word has been embodied by the bard, the troubadour, the griot. These wordsmiths, at once messengers and peacemakers, are the links with the forces of nature, the inexpressible divine, the memory of the ancients. It falls to them to maintain the realm of the collective soul. Between the Constantinople trio and Ablaye, in the beginning, the simple encounter of strings and voices that remind the sources of beauty of being. Then, the joint crossing of the common places of the imagination, like a long breath in the face of walking inexorable world and time. For five years, the musicians of Constantinople and Ablaye Cissoko furrow the scenes of the whole world with their "itinerant gardens". From this sustained collaboration is born a new program, fruit of dialogue and exemplary communion between the four artists. This project brings together new works by Cissoko and Tabassian and revisits pieces from the Baroque repertoires Peruvian, Mexican and Spanish.
