A compelling story of a young spaniel puppy desperate to be loved. With a promise of becoming a "gundog" and working with the gamekeepers, Tinker's dreams are shattered when this does not happen. Dismissed and neglected, Tinker spends her puppyhood days alone in a kennel, except for a tiny orange creature who befriends her.
