The great question of Elizabethan literature answered in the light of new revelations and important contemporary evidence hitherto unnoticed. The arguments and illustrations found in this work regarding whether or not Shakespeare really is the author of the works attributed to his name are mainly based on the sonnets and the poems as being fresher, and the author hopes to show, more productive ground.
