This book is the work of an immigrant coming to this beautiful country without knowing a word of English. The daily involvement with the north American societies created the need to express the strong feelings of life and love in the host language. More than a work of art, Maze is the work of the heart. The poems in it are from an era of youth involved in the Vietnam war to the more mature view of the present conflict in Iraq. In between all the guns and history there is also love.
