100 Thoughts Through Healing
Healing feels impossible. Going through heartbreak, failure, or loss seems like the end of the world. You may have read my books “90 Days of No Contact” or “200 Lessons From My Early 20’s” (or both), and witnessed the pain I felt after a breakup, and the recovery that followed.
I now invite you to join me in “100 Thoughts Through Healing” where I show you that healing is possible, and there is light at the end of the tunnel. As you read through each of my thoughts, I hope for you to see how much I have changed after going through a break up, and how better my life has become.
Sometimes when we lose someone, we lose ourselves. It is important that we take the time to rediscover who we are, to nurture our own growth, and to rebuild our identity on our own terms.
