Manfred Eugene "Hog" Webern is a retired Dallas deputy sheriff. Webern goes undercover in Biloxi, Mississippi, to nail a group of Southern criminals who have been tagged with the lurid name "Dixie Mafia." Acquiring the gang's trust, Webern soon learns the score they plan and is drawn into a crime that threatens to engulf him.
