A new character series for 6-9s featuring the funny, quirky Violet Mackerel - a girl with a mission to think outside the box.

Violet Mackerel has to have her tonsils out; but she will get to eat lots of ice-cream afterwards. She intends to make a very remarkable recovery after hospital and probably even end up singing opera on the radio. Using her "Theory of Giving Small Things" Violet makes a new friend in the waiting room - but how will she find her again afterwards?
