The Proceedings of the Third Forensic Congress contains 55 papers on Forensic Engineering. Each paper applies engineering principles for investigating failures and performance problems of engineered facilities, and development of practices and procedures for reducing the number of future failures. The Congress was organized by the ASCE Technical Council on Forensic Engineering (TCFE) and held in San Diego, California, October 19-21, 2003.
