Lady Florence Eveleen Eleanore Bell, nee Olliffe (1851-1930) was an artist, playwright and author. She was the daughter of Sir Joseph Francis Olliffe the well known Irish physician, and the second wife of Sir Thomas Hugh Bell, 2nd Baronet, of Rounton Grange. She was the author of: Will o' the Wisp (1890), Chamber Comedies (1890), Nursery Comedies (1892), French Plays for Children (? ), The Story of Ursula (1895), Fairy Tale Plays and How to Act Them (1899), Miss Tod and the Prophets (? ), The Arbiter (1901), The Dean of St. Patrick's (1903), Time is Money (1905), Down With the Tariff!: A Tale of Free Trade (1908), The Way the Money Goes (1910), The Good Ship Brompton Castle (1915) and The Cat and Fiddle Book (with Lady Florence Richmond) (1917).
