Lao Lao is happy cutting paper gifts for her friends, but then a greedy emperor hears of her skill. The Emperor's soldiers capture Lao Lao and put her in a tower but a dragon nearby comes to save her. English text with Mandarin Chinese and, at the back, papercut instructions for children to try the craft for themselves.
