More Power to You: Fifty Editorials from Every Week
1917. To come down to the office in the morning and find letters from friends whom one has never seen, but who prove by their letters how very real is their friendship-To have the privilege of visiting in the homes of hundreds of thousands such friends every week, and saying frankly whatever happens to be on one's mind, with no fear of being misunderstood-This is almost more wealth than any one man ought to enjoy. I am very grateful. I wish I could say it more convincingly-so convincingly that every one of the readers of Every Week might feel that to him, or to her, personally, I have dedicated this little book.
