White's Corner - Ted's War
Set during 1942-45 White's Corner Book Two tells of a generation of youths, many of whose hopes and dreams were shattered by the War. The story of a factory, a hotel, one woman and a thousand youths. The majority of whom became sea going engineers. This combination existed in a place called Hebburn. Six miles up from the mouth of the river Tyne. one of the most industrial areas on the earth between 1850 and 1970.
White's Corner Book Two has many interesting characters, including the Kelly family - consisting of eight siblings, four of whom are White's Marine Engineering Co apprentices. This sequel follows Ted during the dark days of the war.
