The scope of graph theory if being increasingly felt because of its wide ranging applications in computer science, communication engineering and management science. The last three decades have witnessed an upsurge of interest and activity in graph theory, particularly among applied mathematicians and engineers. Excellent textbooks and a good number of conference proceedings on graph theory are being published periodically all over the world.
