Bahman Jalali (Tehran, 1944) is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Iranian photography. His work is a testimony to the Iranian Revolution, the Iran-Iraq War and the post-war years. It also documents daily life, traditional architectural forms, and includes photomontages of historic negatives.
