Developmental Psychobiology
This collection of work suggests that biological and child psychiatry is in a new era, moving from solely psychopharmacological investigations of biological substrates of disorders to a more unified understanding of mechanisms involved in cognitive and emotional disorders with the use of imaging and genetic methods. Such approaches may open up new avenues for therapeutic intervention for olinical populations at the pharmacological, genetic, and behavioural level.
