The book is about sexual experiences based on the lives of a medical doctor, his wife, colleagues, and patients. For the sake of confidentiality, no real names of any of the "players" or places are mentioned. The experiences are vividly described, with anatomical detail, in a way that only a medical doctor is able to do, but still colored by the imagination of a man. It is meant for sincere and true lovers to support and stimulate their sexual lives. Though in no way does Dr Allen hesitates to call a "spade a spade," and the stories are "live" presentations of the "real thing;" not lacking elements of suspense and drama, they are not vulgar or violent or intended to propagate perverse sex in any form.
