What causes a company to become a great company or what is the language to build up the ”DNA” of an enterprise from from the very beginning? In this study, combining entrepreneurship and strategic management perspectives into a whole is called professional entrepreneurship. Methodologically, the study builds on a synthesis of three different approaches: (1) Conceptual construction; (2) Survey exercise; (3) Case study focus on the Finnish CRM market and comprehensively describing the transition or case firm.
The contribution of the study develops a certain part of strategic management anchored to the cognitive approach and provides managerial implications for the design and implementation of business models in the context of growth venturing.
