Teaches teachers how to use the Talent Development Model of Questioning, an integrated model combining theory discussion, demonstration, performance and peer coaching and performance feedback.   Aimed at teacher development of productive questioning practices that will contribute to the dialogue between teachers and their students to effect meaningful and purposeful instruction.   Investigates the Qu:Est Instructional Strategy model (Questioning Understandings, Empowering Student Thinking) of development and refinement of student conceptual understandings through instructional conversations.
