In 2019, EPRI and 123HiMAT are combing efforts into a single premier global event for high-temperature materials for power generation. The joint conference enables a robust technical exchange and promotion of collaboration among scientists, academics, and engineers on an international scale in all areas of research and advancement including: steels, stainless steels, nickel-based alloys, boilers, steam turbines, gas turbines, materials life management, and more.

Co-published by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), the 123rd Committee on Heat Resisting Materials and Alloys (123HiMAT) of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), and ASM International.
