Integrating Criminologies is both a critique of disciplinary criminology and a synthesis of the emerging paradigm of interdisciplinary criminology. The author attempts to bring biology, psychology, sociology, law, economics, feminist studies, media studies, and ethnic studies into an integrated criminological whole. This book presents an integrative, interdisciplinary approach to understanding crime and social control.
