Amazina Twink is the naughtiest fairy in the world of magic. When Swankypants and his sister Chatterbox are old enough to leave their mother, they begin a new life with a family who have three children and many animals. One summer's day, Swankypants discovers that he will own a very special collar which can take him on magical journeys. But, what he doesn't know is that Amazina Twink wants the collar for herself, and has sent Major Black to steal it so she can be freed from the enchanted forest...
