All five year old Nate who wants to do is wear his new dinosaur shorts. Nate's mother sends him to school in clothes that are too warm, because the weatherman says it is going to rain. He waits for the rain, but it doesn't come. He watches as his zany family argue about whether or not it is going to rain.
