He also manages to run afoul of the vicious local Russian mob, accidentally befriends the top don of the town Mafia who is spoiling to ignite an all-out dog eat dog turf war with the Russians, blackmails the odious poodle and wife abusing Mayor Hume into going straight, and generally rubs the dark furry underbelly of Dark Town the way wrong way. Little do Todd and his secretly love lorn BFF Margaret know that the most dangerous animals with fangs they encounter will be the ones with two legs! It all crashes together with prosciutto, vodka and the mother of all dog fights!
