The main aim of the sympsoium ISFF '91 was to deliberate on the status of knowledge and expertise on fatigue and fracture in steel and concrete structures. This volume comprises 110 papers on such topics as crack growth, fatigue behaviour of joints, condition monitoring and damage assessment.
