Protrag returns to their old job in the fish market (as seen in Invitation from a Crab) to try to help improve the labor standards of this old industry. But they soon realize that the seafood world is full of so much bureaucracy, middlemen, and waste. What if they could cut most of that out by letting the fish handle so much of that grunt work.
