After reaching the pole position on the official Finnish album charts and hitting the Top 10 in Germany with the acclaimed album "Heart Like a Grave" in October 2019, INSOMNIUM were once again supposed to entertain the legions of metal addicts all around the world. And that's what these gentlemen did for the time being until mid-March 2020 when the word as we knew it suddenly stood still. Forced to use the free time creatively and meaningfully, the Finns retreated to the studio to record the “Argent Moon EP”: A real masterpiece of Northern melancholia.
