Liz Partridge is an experienced performer and teacher. She began her career as a quartet player and with ensembles at the BBC and the English National Opera before taking up the position of Sub-Principal First Violin at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. As a freelance player she has performed in concert halls, theatres and recording studios around the world. She currently performs freelance with the BBC Symphony Orchestra. As a teacher, Liz regularly coaches and mentors individuals and ensembles of all ages and abilities. Her teaching experience informed her work as an examiner for Trinity College London and now as a festival adjudicator.
