In a clear and accessible format, Clinical and Resuscitative Data provides the numerical data formulae that are often urgently required in resuscitative and other emergency situations. In addition, it is an excellent reference for drug information (with details on dosages and drug interactions) and laboratory data. Now in its fifth edition, this book continues to keep pace with changes in medical practice and once again it has been thoroughly revised. Irrelevant data has been dropped, the most up-to-date information has been added, and sections on haematology, diabetes, renal medicine, toxicology, intensive care, trauma, and resuscitation have been expanded. Much of the text has been rewritten, new drugs have been added, the most recent cardiac resuscitation from the Resuscitation Council have been included, and some new algorithms have been incorporated to aid clinical decision-making. Finally, the format has been reduced to that of a pocket-sized volume.
