The book is separated into two parts: The first part will contain a separate chapter on diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning, which gives students the important building blocks needed to form diagnosis in all the categories of the DSM. These chapters lay the foundation that will be used in the rest of the book to formulate diagnosis and treatment planning for the characters in the rest of the book.
