This study builds a theory of growth venturing as a practical phenomenon, contributing to the understanding of owners and managers of the ventures, as well as financiers, advisors and policy makers. It defines the elements required by growth venturing - Entrepreneurship, Equity Financing, Ownership and Management – and synthesizes the theory of Venture-to-Capital. This new framework includes the operating modes, milestones and actors of the V2C arena.
