This publication covers the topics discussed at a workshop, held in February 2000, which brought together delegates from a number of countries and international institutions. They looked at various topical issues which debt managers will have to deal with as more and more countries embrace globalization. The book also includes a section on how CD-DRMS 2000+, a software package for debt monitoring developed by the Commonwealth Secretariat,will help debt managers to handle these new challenges.
